What we collect
We collect only what you type into the enquiry form on our contact page or the application form on our join page. That is your name, company, email address, phone number and the description of your project; or for applications, your name, email address, phone number, specialty, portfolio link, city and availability. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, any government identification numbers, payment card details or other sensitive personal data.
How your message reaches us
Our forms do not transmit your details to a server. When you submit one, your own email application or WhatsApp opens with the message already written, and you send it yourself. This means nothing leaves your device until you choose to send it, and we receive your message the same way we receive any other email or WhatsApp message.
Hosting and analytics
This website is built and hosted on Framer. Framer records standard technical information such as page views and approximate location, which we use only to understand which pages are read. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and application correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a normal business record, and no longer than necessary.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and withdraw consent to further contact. Write to legal@auragroupsa.com and we will respond.
